"I love visiting Jo-Cats! Super lively bar any time, either weekly happy hour or weekends. The staff is always super friendly, and the atmosphere is a ton of fun. Ask one of the bartenders for an America bomb, with Smirnoff Red White & Berry. I would definitely recommend this local Milwaukee bar to anyone!"
